Purpose of Data Processing
The following personal data is processed when using the registration:

Salutation, title, first name, last name, company, email addresses, phone numbers, special diet/allergies
Usage and System Data:
Information about how you use our website, IP address, browser type and version, operating system used, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, date and time of access, subpages visited, duration of visit, information from cookies or similar technologies (if applicable), and communication metadata.
Purpose of Processing
Processing is carried out for the following purposes:
Organizing complimentary tours
Internal statistical and qualitative evaluations

Processing is based on:
Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (performance of a contract),
Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in analysis and quality assurance)
Disclosure to Third Parties
As a general rule, we do not disclose data to third parties.
An exception to this is the disclosure of data to our contracted data processor, who is contractually obligated to comply with the GDPR.
Likewise, data may be disclosed to consultants, attorneys, tax advisors, insurers, government agencies, courts, or other public authorities as necessary, to the extent required by law or necessary to protect our rights.
Retention Period
We retain your data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purposes. If data is processed for multiple purposes, it will be deleted or anonymized as soon as the last processing purpose no longer applies, provided that no statutory retention obligations preclude this.
